The following are “Before” and “After” photographs of actual patients of Dr. Garcia. Below each set of photographs is a brief description of the cosmetic procedure performed by Dr. Garcia for each patient.

For this patient, Dr. Garcia performed a brow lift, upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), and laser resurfacing.

Patient Age: 43

Patient desired minimally invasive procedures to rejuvenate the lower eyelids. Note that in the ‘before’ photograph, puffiness and shadows are visible with both lower eyelids. After treatment by Dr. Garcia, the lower eyelid surface contour is quite smooth and attractive.

Patient Age: 42

Patient was found on initial evaluation by Dr. Garcia to have very flat cheekbones and plenty of excess eyelid skin. Malar (cheekbone) implants were placed by Dr. Garcia to augment the midface, resulting in dramatic improvement. Lower eyelid skin was removed and tightened by Dr. Garcia without altering the patient’s naturally beautiful and exotic eyelid contour.

Patient Age: 55

Patient desired primarily lower eyelid rejuvenation. Dr. Garcia performed a very conservative upper eyelid blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; this resulted in the upper eyelid being very slightly lifted and created a more attentive appearance. For the lower eyelid, Dr. Garcia carefully repositioned the lower eyelid fat and eliminated the lower eyelid puffiness, creating the pleasing, yet natural, final result.
